摘要
基于现代学徒制的实践,校企双方需共同制定人才培养方案,共同开发和建设相应的课程体系和教材,需实施和优化课岗融合的教学设计及创新考核评价机制,在校园与职场之间搭建快速通道。通过剖析现代学徒制试点过程中课岗融合的难点提出职业院校在实施现代学徒制的探索中,要把专业设置要素与产业需求要素、课程内容要素与职业标准要素、教学过程要素与生产过程要素等作为重要突破口来实现"岗课融通",并结合实际进行了策略分析。
Based on the practice of modern apprenticeship, both schools and enterprises need to jointly formulate the talent training program, jointly develop and establish the corresponding curriculum system and teaching materials,implement and optimize the teaching design integrating course and post and innovate assessment and evaluation mechanism, and build a fast channel between the campus and the workplace. The author analyzes the difficult points of integrating course and post in the pilot process of modern apprenticeship. In the implementation of modern apprenticeship it needs to realize the integration of post and course from the major setting elements and industrial requirement elements,course content elements and vocational standard elements, the teaching process elements and production elements, and analyzes the strategies combined with reality.
