高职师范生教师资格面试内容和训练形式探究 被引量:1

摘要 教师资格考试分为笔试和面试,笔试合格者参加面试,面试是取得教师资格证的必备条件。教师资格面试内容有八项:职业认知、心理素质、仪表仪态、言语表达、思维品质、教学设计、教学实施、教学评价。面试形式有三种:结构化问答、试讲和答辩。教师资格的面试步骤、训练原则、训练模式、注意事项等是考生比较关注的问题。这些内容对报考小学、初中、高中、中职和幼儿园教师资格证的考生和从事教师资格证面试培训的教师,很有借鉴意义。 The teacher qualification examination includes written examination and interview. The qualified candidates of written examination take part in the interview. The interview is the necessary condition to obtain the teacher qualification certificate. There are eight items of teacher qualification interview: professional cognition, psychological quality, appearance, speech expression, thinking quality, teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.There are three kinds of interview forms: structured question and answer, trial lecture and reply. The interview procedure,training principle, training mode and precautions of teachers’ qualification are the problems that examinees pay more attention to. These contents are of great significance to the candidates who register for the qualification certificate of teachers in primary schools, middle schools, high schools, secondary vocational schools and kindergartens, as well as the teachers who are engaged in the interview training of teacher qualification certificate.
