Controlling COVID-19 and “Wuhan Lockdown”: a literature review

我国于2020年1月23日对离汉离鄂通道实施严格的管控措施(以下简称"武汉封城"),打响了我国新冠疫情联防联控、群防群控的"总体战、阻击战"。多项研究表明该措施对控制疫情起到了积极作用。本文通过文献回顾,总结"武汉封城"重大举措对疫情防控产生的影响。本研究认为"武汉封城"是新冠疫情防控最为关键的应急行动,它是世界抗疫史上最有战略眼光、最有政治勇气的一个决断,影响极为广泛,主要表现为对有效阻断国内国际疫情传播的直接影响和促进知识创造的间接影响两方面。

China implemented unprecedented "Wuhan Lockdown" outbreak interventions on January 23,2020 in order to curb the outbreak of COVID-19.Research reports from different institutions indicate that these government policies enacted in China have had a positive effect on the control of the epidemic.This article mainly reviewed the latest influential literature in 2020,systematically analyzed the impact of Wuhan ’s epidemic prevention measures on China and the world.The study showed identified "Wuhan Lockdown" had was the most critical emergency action for the prevention and control of the new epidemic and its impact was very extensive,mainly including the direct impact on effectively blocking the spread of domestic and international epidemic and the indirect impact on promoting the creation of knowledge.
