专业护理团队在快速协建新冠肺炎疑似病例定点收治医院的实践探讨

Discussion on the practice of professional nursing team in quickly helping to establish a designated hospital for COVID-19 suspected cases

目的:探讨在快速协建新冠肺炎疑似病例定点收治医院时驻点专业护理团队所发挥的效能与作用。方法:派专业护理团队入驻定点收治医院;住院部护理单元区域划分与改造;制定培训方案与工作制度、指引;组织全院收治流程演练;24小时临床护理管理与技术支持;防护物资可追溯管理。结果:协建的定点医院六个住院病区2月4日开始逐区收治新冠疑似患者,到3月8日止,共收治新冠疑似患者447名,出院408人。临床实践中各护理单元区域划分合理、工作指引清晰、工作流程完善,无护理差错与事故发生,无一例医护人员感染。结论:在协建新冠疑似患者定点收治医院时,驻点专业护理团队充分发挥效能,指导定点医院护理单元快速达到收治要求,保证临床护理质量,确保新冠肺炎防治工作顺利进行。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of resident professional nursing team when the new hospital for the COVID-19 suspected cases is establishing.Methods:Sending resident nursing team to the designated hospital;division and reconstruction of inpatient care unit;Formulate training programs,work systems and guidelines;To organize process drill;24-hour clinical nursing management and technical support;Traceable management of protective equipment.Results:Six inpatient care units of designated hospital began to treat the suspected patients since February 4,until March 8,447 COVID-19 suspected patients were treated and 408 of them were discharged.During the clinical practice,the reasonable division of areas,clear work guidelines,and perfect working process made a satisfactory result.There are no nursing errors and no medical staff are infected.Conclusions:The team of resident professional nursing in the designated hospital has played the full effectiveness,who guided the nursing unit in the designated hospital to quickly meet the patient’s admission requirements,ensure the quality of clinical care,ensure the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 is successfully carried out.
