Summary and Popularize of Design Detailed Management in Overseas Construction Projects

文章概述了针对海外建筑项目实施过程中,如何有效因势利导对深化设计进行精细化过程管控,以达到避免风险、节约项目成本与工期的目的,帮助项目实现最大利益化。由于海外项目一般都具有一定的共性,笔者基于一个简单实例论述了海外建筑项目深化设计精细化过程管控中可能碰到的问题及应对方法,最后作了简要的推广倡议。

For maximization of each project profits,this article has given us a sketch of how and what we can use for our design detailed management during of implement in overseas construction projects,to help us against the risk and give a way of cost and time saving.Normally,these overseas projects always with some similarity,so base on a truly case,this paper show us what maybe we have to face and which way we could choice in the future,and also made a brief proposal of popularize in the en d.
