摘要
提高小学体育教师执教能力与科研水平,是新时代赋予的全新使命,是确保小学体育教育健康发展的重要保障。鉴于此,本文运用文献综述法对小学体育教师"学研共同体"的内涵进行解析,对其相关的发展策略进行探讨。旨在于为全面提高小学体育教师的整体素质,提升新时代下小学体育教育的整体效果,提供必要的参考依据与发展建议。
To improve the teaching ability and scientific research level of primary school physical education teachers is a new mission given by the new era and an important guarantee to ensure the healthy development of primary school physical education.In view of this,this paper uses literature review method to analyze the connotation of "learning research community" of primary school physical education teachers,and discusses its relevant development strategies.The purpose is to improve the overall quality of primary school physical education teachers,improve the overall effect of primary school physical education in the new era,and provide necessary reference basis and development suggestions.
