体育行业职业技能培训与鉴定工作研究

在体育行业实施证书考核制度是我国人力资源开发的重要内容,它既是外部需求也是内部发展要求的结果。据此,本文从体育职业技能鉴定入手进行研究,在明晰体育行业技能培训与鉴定的基础上,探究了两者于体育发展的必要性,同时从培训基地、鉴定政策、项目发展等4个方面对推进我国体育行业职业技能培训与鉴定工作完善与发展的策略展开了研究。

The implementation of certificate assessment system in sports industry is an important part of human resources development in our country,which is the result of both external demand and internal development requirements.Based on this,this paper studies the vocational skill appraisal of physical education,on the basis of clarifying the skill training and appraisal of sports industry,probes into the necessity of the two in the development of sports,and studies the strategies of promoting the perfection and development of vocational skill training and appraisal of sports industry in our country from four aspects:training base,appraisal policy and project development.
