摘要
游戏一直是体育比赛的最初形式。根据文献资料,可以从逻辑分析、运动生理学及运动训练学说的角度,对于中小学体育教育的特点、分类、功能及课程安排进行系统分析,结果显示:体育游戏为中小学体课堂中不可或缺的手段以及内容,它具有一定的趣味性,加之规则的严密性、全面性和可变性等诸多功能和特点,应该根据中小学生肌肉骨骼的特征、心肺功能、神经系统特征及个人体质的差异,合理充分地安排运动量,并掌握好活动及修整时间,采用形象而又生机有趣的游戏内容,促进上课的积极性。
Games have always been the initial form of sports competitions.According to the literature,we have made a systematic analysis of the characteristics,classification,functions and curriculum arrangement of physical education in primary and secondary schools from the perspectives of logical analysis,sports physiology and sports training theory.The results show that sports games are an indispensable means and content in the physical classroom in primary and secondary schools.They are interesting to a certain extent and have many functions and characteristics such as rigor,comprehensiveness and variability of rules.According to the differences of musculoskeletal characteristics,heart and lung functions,nervous system characteristics and individual physique of primary and secondary school students,we should reasonably and fully arrange the amount of exercise,master the time of exercise and finishing time,adopt vivid and interesting game contents,and promote the initiative in class.
