摘要
体育产业快速发展,就业岗位衍生新需求,知识型、技能型、创新型人才已经成为企业发展中的一支生力军。高校社会体育指导与管理专业的大学生在就业中核心竞争力不突出,社会对专业认可度依然不高,社体专业大学生的就业竞争力现状问题依然是体育学科领域关注的热点话题。本文从实践的角度,结合就业指导中遇到的问题,分析社体专业大学生就业竞争力的内涵、特征、存在的新问题等。
With the rapid development of sports industry and new demands derived from employment,knowledge-based,skilled and innovative talents have become a new force in the development of enterprises.The core competitiveness of college students majoring in social sports guidance and management is not prominent in employment,and the recognition degree of society is still not high.The current situation of employment competitiveness of college students majoring in social sports is still a hot topic in the field of sports discipline.From the practical point of view,combined with the problems encountered in the employment guidance,this paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and existing new problems of the employment competitiveness of social sports majors.
