高中阳光体育活动融入学生体质健康测试项目的实践研究

本文基于当前高中学生体质健康测试水平状况及阳光体育活动开展情况而言,设计并建立了阳光体育活动结合学生体质健康测试项目的实践体系。从实际情况出发,将课堂的理论教学和身体素质的实践运用相结合,充分利用课外实践活动加强身体素质的锻炼,并配套展开专项的素质训练,对学生素质测试中存在较多不足的项目进行完善和创新,以期能够更好地锻炼学生的身体素质。

Based on the current situation of high school students’ physical health test and the development of sunshine sports activities,this paper designs and establishes a practical system of sunshine sports activities combined with students’ physical health test items.Starting from the actual situation,combining the theoretical teaching of the classroom with the practical application of physical quality,making full use of extracurricular practice activities to strengthen the physical fitness,and supporting the special quality training,the project with more defects in the quality test of students Perfect and innovative,in order to better exercise the physical fitness of students.
