摘要
习近平总书记的"没有全民健康,就没有全面小康"的重要论述,赢得了全社会的强烈共鸣,彰显了"健康第一"的教育理念,成为国家和人民的共识。全民健康是全面小康的基础和保证,那什么是健康,又如何来提高公民的健康水平,本文就结合笔者多年的工作经验,对健康与心理、营养、作息、运动负荷及科学锻炼方法等方面的关系提出一些见解,为促进大学生身心全面发展,增强体质,提高自我锻炼能力及健康水平奠定基础。
Xi Jinping,the General Secretary,has made an important statement:"There would be no comprehensive well-off without the health of the nation",which has wun a strong resonance in the whole society,and demonstrated the education concept of "Health First" and become the consensus of the country and her people.The health level of the nation is the foundation and guarantee of a well-off society in an all-round way.Then what is health and how to improve the health level of citizens?Based on my years of work experience,this paper comes up with some opinions on the relationship between health and psychology,nutrition,work and rest,exercise load and scientific exercise methods,to promote the overall development of college students’ body and mind,to strengthen physical fitness,and lay a foundation of self-exercise ability and health level.
