云南省高尔夫人才培养模式研究

本研究主要探讨云南省高尔夫人才培养模式的影响因素,对云南省现阶段高尔夫发展中高水平教练员的稀缺、经济发展制度、国家政策、高尔夫运动普及状况、高尔夫运动自身因素等进行分析;然后根据云南省具体情况提出了提出了以专业球队、高校高尔夫专业、家庭自主培养等高尔夫人才培养模式。同时云南高尔夫的培养需结合自身的特点,争取扬长避短,在最短的时间内找到适合云南竞技高尔夫的发展模式,以期带动云南整个高尔夫行业的发展,再度提高云南高尔夫的品牌。

This study mainly discusses the influence factors of the training mode of the golf training in Yunnan,and analyzes the shortage,the economic development system,the national policy,the popularization of the golf movement and the self-factors of the golf course of the high-level coaches in the present stage of golf development in Yunnan Province.Then,according to the specific situation of Yunnan Province,the author puts forward the training mode of the golf training,such as the professional team,the golf course of the university and the self-training of the family.At the same time,the cultivation of Yunnan’s golf needs to combine its own characteristics,strive for the long and short find the development mode suitable for Yunnan competitive golf in the shortest time,with a view to driving the whole golf industry in Yunnan The development of Yunnan’s golf is once again improved.
