X80钢级Φ1524 mm×23 mm螺旋埋弧焊管试制

摘要 为了开发高钢级、大直径、厚壁螺旋埋弧焊管,与国内钢铁公司联合研发了X80钢级、超厚壁(23 mm)热轧卷板,卷板化学成分设计采用低C并添加微合金元素细化晶粒,获得超纯净、高强度、高韧性等性能优良的热轧卷板。用该卷板进行了X80钢级Φ1524 mm×23 mm螺旋埋弧焊管试制,通过成型、焊接等制管工艺的优化设计和实施,有效解决了在超厚壁、高钢级钢管生产中极易出现的焊缝及热影响区(HAZ)低温冲击韧性指标数据分散、不集中的问题。试制产品经内部型式试验和第三方检测评价,其质量和性能指标符合相关验收要求,具备批量生产能力,为高钢级、大壁厚螺旋埋弧焊管的工艺设计提供了参考。 In order to develop the high-grade,large-diameter and thick wall spiral submerged arc welded pipes,a hot rolled coil of X80 steel grade and ultra thick wall(23 mm)has been developed together with the domestic steel companies.The chemical composition of the coil is designed by using low-C and adding the micro alloy elements to refine the grain,so as to obtain the hot rolled coil with excellent ultra-pure,high strength and high toughness properties.The trial production of X80Φ1524 mm×23 mm spiral submerged arc welded pipe was carried out with this rolling plate.Through the optimization design and implementation of the forming and welding process,the problems of scattered and non centralized low-temperature impact toughness index data of the weld and the heat affected zone(HAZ)which are easy to occur in the production of the ultra thick wall and high-grade steel pipe were effectively solved.Through the internal type test and the third-party inspection and evaluation,the quality and performance indexes of the trial products meet the requirements of the relevant acceptance criteria,which provides a reference for the design of spiral submerged arc welded pipe with high steel grade and large wall thickness.
