无功补偿装置在炼钢厂电弧炉供电系统的应用

摘要 在炼钢厂中,电弧炉在正常运行的时候会产生一些不好的行为,会对电网造成损伤,在电弧炉的影响下,电网的高次谐波、电压、三相电压以及功率因素等都会发生不同的变化,但这种变化并不利于炼钢厂电网正常运行.为了降低电弧炉对电网带来的损害,炼钢厂使用了各种无功补偿装置,用来弥补电网损失.本文就对无功补偿装置在炼钢厂电弧炉供电系统中的应用进行分析,供参考. With the continuous progress of society,steelmaking plants are gradually gaining a foothold in the market.In the electric arc furnace power supply system of steelmaking plants,reactive power compensation devices have been widely used,which helps to improve the effi ciency of electric arc furnace operation.In a steelmaking plant,the electric arc furnace will produce some bad behavior during normal operation,which will cause damage to the power grid.Under the infl uence of the electric arc furnace,the power grid’s higher harmonics,voltage,three-phase voltage and power factors,etc.Different changes will occur,but this change is not conducive to the normal operation of the steel plant’s power grid.In order to reduce the damage caused by the electric arc furnace to the power grid,the steel plant uses various reactive power compensation devices to compensate for grid losses.This article analyzes the application of the reactive power compensation device in the power supply system of the electric arc furnace of the steel plant for reference.
