火力发电厂输煤系统的除尘现状分析及治理

Analysis and Treatment of Dust in Coal Transport System of Thermal Power Plant

当前由于火电厂输煤系统布置不合理,或者除尘系统设计不合理,出现除尘系统并不能满足现场除尘的要求的情况,导致粉尘源区设备的粉尘污染较严重.因此在这个过程当中需要对现场工作环境的要求进行严格的保障.本文分析总结了火电厂输煤系统粉尘污染的原因,提出了解决问题的方法.

Due to the unreasonable layout of the coal transportation system in the thermal power plant and the unreasonable design of the dust removal system,the original dust removal system could not meet the requirements of on-site dust removal,resulting in serious dust pollution in the dust source equipment area.Therefore,in this process,we need to strictly guarantee the requirements of the on-site working environment.This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of dust pollution in coal transportation systems of thermal power plants,proposes solutions to the problems,improves the working environment on the site,eliminates hidden dangers,and ensures safe production.It provides a reference for the selection of new units and the transformation of transportation units.
