架空输电线路设计中地脚螺栓型式的选择

摘要 本文对架空输电线路设计中基础螺栓、90°L型、180°J型螺栓进行了抗拉拔载荷试验,并将试验结果与相关文献规范进行了对比分析.测试根据为对螺栓的检测,从上卸载作用下,根据螺栓的长度,螺栓有3种典型的失效形式.负载极限;基础混凝土与螺栓粘结破坏;圆锥形混凝土达到抗拉荷载极限.螺栓长度为5d当螺栓长度为10d或15d时,试验值约为理论值的20%~30%.栓采用机械栓的坚螺栓措施,可大大提高其抗拔性.地脚螺栓变形分布在混凝土内部.在非均匀情况下,混凝土表面的螺栓应变最大,随着螺栓长度的增加,应变逐渐减小. We performed pull load test on the foundation bolts,90°L and 180°J bolts in the design of overhead transmission lines,and compared the test results with relevant literature specifi cations.The test is based on the detection of the bolt.Under the action of unloading from the top,according to the length of the bolt,the bolt has three typical forms of failure.Load limit;bond failure of foundation concrete and bolts;conical concrete reaches tensile load limit.The bolt length is 5d.When the bolt length is 10d or 15d,the test value is about 20%~30%of the theoretical value.The bolt adopts the mechanical bolt to strengthen the bolt,which can greatly improve its pullout resistance.Anchor bolts are distributed inside the concrete.Under non-uniform conditions,the bolt strain on the concrete surface is the largest.As the bolt length increases,the strain gradually decreases.
