摘要
火电厂锅炉设备在长期运行的过程中会出现一定的问题,比如金属内壁出现氧化皮,这些氧化皮剥落之后会在管内沉积,成为锅炉运行过程中的不稳定因素.本文重点对火电厂锅炉金属氧化皮剥落的问题进行分析研究,并给出防范控制措施,以使金属氧化皮生成和剥落的速度减缓,提高火电厂锅炉的使用寿命.
In the process of long-term operation,certain problems may occur in boiler equipment of thermal power plants.For example,oxide scales may appear on the inner wall of the metal.These scales may be deposited in the tube after peeling,causing instability in the boiler operation process.Focus on the analysis and research on the problem of spalling of metal oxide scale of boilers in thermal power plants,and explain how to prevent and control,in order to slow down the rate of metal oxide scale formation and spalling,and increase the service life of boilers in thermal power plants.
