基于OCS系统量测信息在线智能检测研究与应用

摘要 电力系统的结构和运行方式越来越复杂,OCS系统需要采集和处理的信息呈现出几何式的增长,这种信息的增长对量测信息的处理与在线检测,以及低质量信息筛选识别和信息质量综合评价的要求也越来越高.本文从网络拓扑信息和电气基本规律出发,对电网的实时量测信息进行分析和加工,依据量测信息、设备参数及电网的运行方式检测出不平衡量测信息和可疑拓扑状态,并根据一定的评价标准对相关测点进行评分,得出各个测点的质量评价得分;同时根据测量的质量评价分数和历史统计信息以及测点间的关联关系,辨识出坏数据信息和可疑数据信息. Structure and operation mode of power system more and more complex,The information that OCS system needs to collect and process presents geometric growth.The growth of this kind of information requires more and more processing of measurement information,online detection of measurement information,screening and identifi cation of low-quality information and comprehensive evaluation of information quality.This article from the network topology information and electrical basic law of real-time measurement of power grid,information analysis and processing,according to the measurement information,operation of equipment parameters and power to detect unbalance measurement information and suspicious of topology state,according to the related measuring point score obtained certain evaluation criteria,each measuring quality the evaluation points;at the same time,according to relationship quality evaluation of measurement points and historical statistical information and measurement point,identifi cation of bad data information and suspicious data information.
