南网云南红河供电局不断深化供电所网格化管理,强化客户服务,以"客户经理+设备主人制"的服务模式加强供电所规范化建设.其核心是推进营配末端融合,开展网格化管理、组团式服务,培育"一专多能"型的员工队伍,全面提升供电服务保障能力和工作效率.因地制宜优化供电所机构设置和人员配置,将辖区低压抢修、营销业务划分成若干责任网格,将供电所重点指标分解落实并跟踪考核,有效缩短服务流程,提升客户满意度.
The South China Network Yunnan Honghe Power Supply Bureau has continuously deepened the grid management of power supply stations,strengthened customer service,and strengthened the standardized construction of power supply stations with the service model of“customer manager+equipment owner system”.Its core is to promote the integration of management and distribution ends,carry out grid-based management,group-type services,cultivate a“one professional,multi-functional”type of workforce,and comprehensively improve the power supply service support capabilities and work effi ciency.According to local conditions,optimize the establishment and staffi ng of the power supply station,divide the low-voltage repair and marketing operations in the jurisdiction into several responsibility grids,decompose and implement key indicators of the power supply station,and track and evaluate,effectively shorten the service process and improve customer satisfaction.
