摘要
国家电网公司在2019年"两会"提出了全面推进"三型两网"建设,泛在电力物联网是促进电力能源共建、共筹、共享,促进智能化升级的必由之路.泛在电力物联网建设,从全系感知、泛在连接、开放共享、融合创新四个方面提升了电网的管理水平.因此,国网营销服务工作应以营商服务为着力点,积极开展泛在电力物联网建设,统一服务入口,实现客户一次注册、全渠道应用、政企数据联动、信息实时公开.不断优化客户服务、实现数据全面共享、业务全程在线、提升客户参与度和满意度,改善服务质量,促进综合能源等新兴业务发展,推广"网上国网"应用,融通业扩接入、清洁能源替代、电能替代、电动汽车、装表接电、远程检查、计量管理、负控采集、配电抢修、95598服务、节能减排、反窃电、提升获得电力指标等供电服务业务,还可延伸至极端事件的应对,包括精准抢修,自适应的恢复控制,全面提升客户服务能力与水平.
State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)made a comprehensive promotion of the construction of“three types and two networks”in the“two sessions”in 2019.Ubiquitous power Internet of things is the only way to promote the co construction,CO financing and sharing of power and energy,and promote the intelligent upgrading.The construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things improves the management level of power grid from four aspects:whole system perception,ubiquitous connection,open sharing,integration and innovation.Therefore,the marketing service of State Grid should focus on business services,actively carry out the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things,unify the service entrance,and realize one-time registration of customers,all-channel application,data linkage between government and enterprise,and real-time information disclosure.Continuously optimize customer service,realize comprehensive data sharing,online business,improve customer participation and satisfaction,improve service quality,promote the development of emerging businesses such as comprehensive energy,promote the application of“online state grid”,integrate industry expansion and access,clean energy substitution,electric energy substitution,electric vehicle,meter installation and power connection,remote inspection,measurement management,negative control collection,power distribution grab Repair,95598 service,energy conservation and emission reduction,anti electricity theft,improvement of power index and other power supply services can also be extended to the response to extreme events,including precise repair,adaptive recovery control,and comprehensively improve customer service ability and level.
