硬化剂和Trivex旋切处理分支静脉治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较硬化剂和Trivex旋切治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的疗效。方法收集2014年05月-2016年01月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的128例分级CEAP6级下肢静脉溃疡患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法不同分为两组,硬化剂组70例(85条患肢),接受大隐静脉射频消融联合聚多卡醇硬化剂注射治疗;Trivex组58例(71条患肢),接受大隐静脉射频消融联合Trivex旋切。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术花费、术后并发症发生率、溃疡愈合时间、溃疡1、3、6、12个月复发状况。结果硬化组患者的术中出血量、住院时间方面均较旋切组少(P<0.05);术后并发症中,硬化组相比于Trivex旋切出现皮下血肿、皮下硬结机率较低(P<0.05);硬化组术后的溃疡愈合时间多于旋切组;(P<0.05),术后12个月时的复发率硬化剂组高于Trivex旋切组(P<0.05)。结论大隐静脉射频消融联合旋切治疗下肢静脉性溃疡效果在溃疡愈合时间和12月以上复发率方面优于射频消融联合硬化剂治疗;但在术中出血量、住院时间和术后并发症方面,硬化剂治疗优于旋切。
