血脂康胶囊联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的疗效分析

Effect of Xuezhikang Capsule Combined with Metformin on Hyperlipidemia in type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨血脂康胶囊联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的疗效。方法选择2018年4月-2019年5月本院收治的120例2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60名,对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用血脂康胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果治疗后观察组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05),两组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与谷草转氨酶(AST)对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的用药不良反应发生率(5.00%)与对照组(3.30%)比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的治疗中采用血脂康胶囊联合二甲双胍方案,能够有效改善患者的高脂血症并且具有一定的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of Xuezhikang capsule combined with metformin on hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 60 each. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule combined with metformin, comparing the effects of the two treatment methods. Results After treatment, the total serum cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was higher than the control group(P < 0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(P > 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(5.00%) was not significantly different from that in the control group(3.30%)(P > 0.05). Conclusion The use of Xuezhikang capsule combined with metformin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetes patients can effectively improve the hyperlipidemia of patients and has certain safety.
