PCOS所致排卵障碍性不孕经二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合治疗影响妊娠效果的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致排卵障碍性不孕(ODI)患者通过二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合治疗对妊娠结局的影响效果。方法选择2017年5月-2019年7月洛阳市妇幼保健院收治的PCOS所致ODI患者82例进行研究,以电脑随机数表法分为两组,各41例。对照组用炔雌醇环丙孕酮方案治疗,观察组加用二甲双胍方案治疗。检测治疗前后患者激素水平,评价妊娠结局,并比较分析。结果组间治疗前黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组LH、FSH明显更低,而E2更高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后排卵率与妊娠率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮方案治疗PCOS所致ODI基础上加用二甲双胍治疗,一方面可以明显改善激素水平,另一方面可以更好地提高排卵率与妊娠率,从而改善妊娠结局,值得应用。
