泡沫沥青冷再生技术在高速公路改扩建工程中的应用

摘要 市政道路建设情况在一定程度上影响着城市的发展,在市政道路运营时间不断增加的背景下,受各类因素影响,市政道路会面临很多问题,进而影响到道路的正常运行,结合国家交通运输发展要求,坚持低碳环保、资源再利用的原则,文章以某高速公路改扩建工程为例,采用厂拌冷再生技术回收旧沥青路面材料,添加一些新集料、泡沫沥青,并根据相应比例进行混合,然后将其作为沥青路面材料,在路面结构层中进行应用,在一定程度上有效节省了沥青与砂石材料,降低了工程造价。鉴于此,文章对泡沫沥青冷再生技术的应用进行了详细论述,旨在为同行业人士提供参考。 The construction of municipal roads has affected the development of the city to a certain extent.Under the background of increasing operating hours of municipal roads,it is affected by various factors,Municipal roads will face many problems,which will affect the normal operation of the road.Combined with the national transportation development requirements,adhere to the principles of low-carbon environmental protection and resource reuse.The article takes a highway reconstruction and expansion project as an example,using factory-mixed cold regeneration Technology to recycle old asphalt pavement materials,add some new aggregates,foamed asphalt,and mix according to the corresponding proportion,and then use it as asphalt pavement material,apply it in the pavement structure layer,to a certain extent,effectively save asphalt and sand Materials,which reduces the project cost.In view of this,the article discusses in detail the application of foamed asphalt cold recycling technology,which is intended to provide reference for people in the same industry.
