摘要 根据国家电网公司的相关规定和设备厂家的技术要求,文章分析了GIS设备安装精度要求高,受环境湿度、温度、粉尘及雨雪天气影响大等技术难题,依托湖北黄冈武穴500kV变电站工程GIS设备安装经验,提出了六级防尘措施,达到了尘埃度百万级别,有效解决了GIS设备安装过程中的粉尘污染难题.本成果适用于输变电及电站行业施工过程中任何型式的GIS设备安装,具有极强的推广价值. According to the relevant regulations of the State Grid Corporation of China and the technical requirements of equipment manufacturers,this paper analyzes the technical diffi culties of high installation accuracy of GIS equipment,which is greatly affected by environmental humidity,temperature,dust and rain and snow weather.The installation experience of GIS equipment in the substation project has proposed six levels of dust prevention measures,reaching a dust level of one million,effectively solving the problem of dust pollution during the installation of GIS equipment.This achievement is suitable for the installation of any type of GIS equipment in the construction process of power transmission and transformation and power station industry,and has a strong promotion value.
