在工业方面,各种类型的工厂对用电质量、电力系统功率因数都有相应的指标,钢铁企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,在设计之初,进行负荷计算时就要考虑无功补偿,尽可能减少功率损耗和电能损耗,以提高钢厂供电系统的功率因数、供电质量,实现钢厂运行中的用电经济性.
In terms of industry,various types of factories have corresponding indicators on power quality and power system power factor.As an important part of the national economy,iron and steel enterprises should consider reactive power compensation in the load calculation at the beginning of design.Partly,reduce power loss and energy loss as much as possible to improve the power factor and power supply quality of the steel plant's power supply system,and realize the economical use of electricity in the operation of the steel plant.
