摘要
文章从复合绝缘子串红外测温机理角度出发,分析红外热像仪在一些角度检测500kV紧凑型直线塔V型复合绝缘子时,受伞裙遮挡可能检测不到发热点的原因.并通过实验室试验及直升机现场实测,提出直升机巡视500kV紧凑型直线塔V型复合绝缘子红外发热点时,采用双侧巡视的方式有利于提高检测准确度.通过研究,为直升机搭载红外热像仪检测500kV紧凑型直线塔V型复合绝缘子的飞行方式提出了理论依据.
From the perspective of infrared temperature measurement mechanism of composite insulator string,this paper analyzes the reason why hot spots may not be detected when the infrared thermal imager detects V-type composite insulator of 500 kV compact linear tower from some angles.Through laboratory test and helicopter fi eld measurement,it is proposed that when helicopter inspects the infrared hot spot of V-type composite insulator of 500 kV compact linear tower,the method of double-sided inspection is benefi cial to improve the detection accuracy.Through the research,the theoretical basis is put forward for the helicopter carrying infrared thermal imager to detect the fl ight mode of V composite insulator of 500 kV compact linear tower.
