摘要
现有使用的电能计量联合接线盒,在带负荷换表前后,容易因误操作造成电能计量误差和安全隐患问题.文章研究了一种新型的电能计量联合接线盒,采用机械结构来防止误操作,以解决现有的接线盒容易发生误操作、遗漏某个相序动作和单相操作问题,有效减少了计量装置故障可能性以及计量不准确引起的线损问题.新研制的联合接线盒采取全绝缘化设计,不通过打开盒盖也能完成作业,将误碰带电部位的可能性降至零,大大提高了带负荷情况下调换或校验计量装置的安全性和可靠性.
The Existing Joint Junction Box of Electric Energy Measurement is Easy to Cause Certain Electric Energy Measurement Error and Potential Safety Problems Due to Misoperation Before and After Changing the Meter with Load.in This Paper,a New Type of Joint Junction Box for Electric Energy Measurement is Studied.the Mechanical Structure is Adopted to Prevent Misoperation,So As to Solve the Problems of Misoperation,Omission of a Phase Sequence Action and Single-phase Operation of the Existing Junction Box,Effectively Reducing the Failure Possibility of the Metering Device and the Line Loss Caused by Inaccurate Metering.the Newly Developed Joint Junction Box Adopts the Fully Insulated Design,Which Can Complete the Operation Without Opening the Box Cover,Reduce the Possibility of Accidentally Touching the Live Parts to Zero,and Greatly Improve the Safety and Reliability of the Replacement or Verifi cation of the Metering Device Under Load.
