蒽对脊尾白虾存活和免疫的影响

Effects of Anthracene on Survival and Immunity of Palaemon carincauda

摘要 以脊尾白虾(Palaemon carincauda)为研究对象进行葱的毒性试验,设置0、6、9、12、15、18、21和24 mg/L 8个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复10只白虾,96小时试验结果发现,蒽对白虾的24小时半致死浓度为19.62 mg/L、48小时半致死浓度为15.61 mg/L、72小时半致死浓度为11.18 mg/L、96小时半致死浓度为7.21 mg/L,安全浓度为2.95 mg/L。之后在蒽安全浓度下胁迫脊尾白虾,设2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复60只白虾,使用相关酶活性试剂盒测定脊尾白虾0、3、6、12、24、48、96和192小时的超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量,结果发现随着时间的推移,虾体内超氧化物歧化酶活性先升高然后逐渐降低,丙二醛含量上下波动无明显变化,总抗氧化能力先升高后逐渐减小,过氧化物酶活力在波动中逐渐上升。总的来说,蒽会降低脊尾白虾的免疫调节能力。 The toxicity test was carried out based on the pollution status o f anthracene in China offshore,the main culture species ridgetail white shrimp P.carincauda was selected as the research object.0,6,9,12,15,18,21 and 24 mg/L eight treatm ents w ere set u p,each w ith three repetitions and 10 healthy ridge white shrimp were added in each repetition.96h o f experimental data were statistical processed and found that the 24 hour lethal concentration o f anthracene to white shrimp was 19.62 mg/L,48 hours o f lethal concentration 15.61 mg/L,72 hours of lethal concentration 11.18 mg/L,96 hours of lethal concentration 7.21 mg/L,safe concentration was 2.95 mg/L.Two treatments were set up at the safe concentration of anthracene to P.carincauda,each treatment with three repetitions and 60 healthy ridge white shrimp were added in each repetition.The activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase,total antioxidant capacity and the content of malondialdehyde were measured at 0,3,6,12,24,48,96 and 192 h using the relevant enzyme activity kit.The activity of superoxide dismutase increased first and then decreased gradually with the passage of time.The malondialdehyde content fluctuated with no obvious change.The total antioxidant capacity increased first and gradually decreased,while peroxidase activity gradually increased.According to the kit to calculate the value of the relevant enzyme activity,it was concluded that anthracene can reduce the immunomodulatory ability of ridgetail white shrimp.
