高血压患者高额住院费用的影响因素

Influencing factors for hospitalization expenses in patients with hypertension

目的基于高血压患者住院费用的影响因素,挖掘各因素与高额住院费用之间的关联规则,为减轻患者就医负担提供参考。方法收集山西省太原市8所医院2017年高血压住院患者信息,在多元线性逐步回归筛选出住院费用影响因素的基础上,利用Apriori算法挖掘各因素与高额住院费用之间潜在的强关联规则。结果多元线性回归结果显示住院天数对高血压患者住院费用的影响最大(β=0.490,P<0.001);关联规则模型挖掘出的12条与高额住院费用相关联的强规则中10条均与住院天数有关,满足规则前项条件的患者产生高额住院费用的概率均为原来的2倍以上。结论挖掘出的强关联规则提示,高血压患者发生高额住院费用主要来源于住院天数。

Objective By analyzing the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses in hypertensive patients, we set to discover the association rules between different factors and high hospital costs to provide guidance for reducing the burden of treatment. Methods Information of hypertensive patients from 8 hospitals in Taiyuan city of Shanxi province in year 2017 was collected. After using multiple linear stepwise regression to screen out the external influential factors of the hospitalization expenses, the Apriori algorithm was used to explore potential strong association rules between different factors and high hospitalization expenses. Results The results of multiple linear regression showed that the length of stay had the largest impact on the hospitalization cost(β=0.490, P<0.001), 10 of the 12 strong association rules mined by the association rule model were related to the length of stay, and patients meeting the antecedents were more than twice as likely to incur high hospital costs. Conclusion Our results suggested that the high cost of hospitalization for hypertensive patients is mainly due to the length of hospitalization.
