摘要
文章基于熵权和云模型理论,对区域物流指数进行综合评价研究,以此来全面掌握该区域物流发展水平。首先利用熵权法确定各评价指标权重,其次根据云模型的3个数字特征——Ex、En、He确定评价等级及云图,并借助x条件云发生器求出各指标在不同等级中的隶属度,最后将指标权重与隶属度进行模糊转换得到指标确定度及综合评价等级。并以甘肃省为例,对甘肃省物流指数进行综合等级评价,结果表明2010—2016年期间,甘肃省物流指数处于“差”“差”“较差”“一般”“一般”“一般”“较高”的阶梯式等级,物流发展水平不断提高。
Based on entropy weight and cloud model theory,this paper carries out a comprehensive evaluation research on the regional logistics index so as to fully grasp the regional logistics development level.Firstly,the paper uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Secondly,the paper accords to the 3 digital features of the cloud model--Ex,En and He,to determine the evaluation grade and cloud map,and then resorts to X condition cloud generator to calculate the membership degree of each index in different grades.Finally,the paper carries out the fuzzy transformation of index weight and membership degree to obtain the index determination degree and comprehensive evaluation grade,taking Gansu Province as an example to conduct the comprehensive grade evaluation on Gansu Province’s logistics index.The results show that from 2010 to 2016,Gansu Province’s logistics index is in a stepped hierarchy of"poor""poor""poor""average""average""average""high",and the development level of logistics is continuously improved.
