“五化”协同发展的指标体系构建

Construction of Index System of Five-aspect Coordinated Development

文章构建“五化”协同发展指标体系,运用综合指数法、耦合协调模型,测度湖南省2007—2016年“五化”协同发展水平,探析其发展规律及内部耦合机制。结果表明:(1)湖南省“五化”综合发展水平呈上升态势,各子系统增长趋势存在差异,信息化发展指数增长最为明显,农业现代化发展指数最低。(2)“五化”耦合度较差。信息化与新型工业化、城镇化、农业现代化、绿色化间的耦合度增长较快,新型工业化、城镇化、农业现代化和绿色化“四化”耦合度增长较慢。(3)“两化”“四化”及“五化”间的协调度持续增长,其变化趋势较为一致。“两化”间协调度差异较“四化”和“五化”较为显著;“四化”间的协同度增长步调较为一致,但仍处于濒临失调状态;“五化”间的协调度水平虽逐年增强,但仍处于轻度失调水平。

This paper constructs an index system of the five-aspect synchronous development in new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and greenization(abbreviated as“Wuhua”in Chinese).And then the paper utilizes the comprehensive index method and coupling coordination model to measure the level of the"Wuhua"coordinated development in Hunan Province from 2007 to 2016,and to explore its development law and internal coupling mechanism.The results are shown as follows:1)The comprehensive development level of“Wuhua”in Hunan province is on the rise;the growth trend of each subsystem is different;the informatization development index growth is the most obvious,and the agricultural modernization development index is the lowest.2)The coupling degree of"Wuhua"is poor.The coupling degree between informatization and the new industrialization,new urbanization,agricultural modernization and greenization has increased rapidly,while the coupling degree of the“Sihua”--new industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and greenization,has increased slowly.3)The coordination degree of the two subsystems,the four subsystems and the five subsystems continues to grow and has a similar growth trend;the difference of coordination degree between the two subsystems is more significant than the four subsystems and the five subsystems;the growth of coordination degree of the four subsystems is relatively consistent,but it is still on the verge of dissonance;the growth of coordination degree of the five subsystems increases year by year,but it is still at the level of mild dissonance.
