细菌溶解产物联合布地奈德治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染支气管炎的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of bronchitis with repeated respiratory tract infection in children by bacteriolytic products combined with budesonide

目的分析儿童反复呼吸道感染支气管炎联合应用细菌溶解产物与布地奈德治疗的效果。方法2017年1月至2019年1月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的反复呼吸道感染支气管炎儿童中选取120例,分为两组,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,研究组在此基础上加用细菌溶解产物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗前的免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM和IgG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各指标均显著上升,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且研究组上升幅度大于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前各指标较为接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组治疗后IL-4为(75.9±6.8)ng/L,TNF-α为(215.6±9.8)ng/,IL-10为(195.6±10.5)ng/L,IFN-γ为(1252.3±16.8)ng/L,IL-4、TNF-α显著低于对照组,IL-10以及IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组,与对照组各指标比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。评定两组治疗效果可知,研究组患儿的治疗有效率达到了96.7%,对照组有效率仅为83.3%,经统计学比较,χ^2=5.9259,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论细菌溶解产物与布地奈德联合应用,可有效改善反复呼吸道感染支气管炎患儿的机体免疫状况,减轻炎症反应,临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment of bacterial lytic products and budesonide on bronchitis with repeated respiratory tract infection in children.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,120 cases of children with repeated respiratory tract infection and bronchitis were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the study group was treated with bacteriolytic products on this basis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in IgA,IgM and IgG levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and all indexes increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Various target is relatively close to the two groups before treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05),but the team after treatment IL-4 to(75.9±6.8)ng/L,the TNF alpha for ng/(215.6±9.8 mm),IL-10 for(195.6±10.5)ng/L,IFN-gamma(1252.3±16.8)ng/L,IL-4,TNF alpha were significantly lower than those of control group,IL-10 and IFN-gamma levels were significantly higher than those of control group,compared with control group the indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the two groups,the therapeutic effective rate of the children in the study group reached 96.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was only 83.3%.After statistical comparison,χ^2=5.9259,P<0.05,showing a significant difference.Conclusion Combined application of bacterial lytic products and budesonide can effectively improve the immune status of children with bronchitis due to repeated respiratory tract infection and reduce inflammatory response.
