欣普贝生对延期妊娠孕妇引产结局的影响

Effect of cympubetazone on outcome of induced labor in pregnant women with delayed pregnancy

目的分析欣普贝生对延期妊娠孕妇引产结局的影响。方法选取2015年5月-2017年9月驻马店市第一人民医院收治的具有引产指征的延期妊娠孕妇100例,随机分为对照组和观察组两组各50例,对照组采用静脉滴注缩宫素的方式引产,观察组采用欣普贝生引产(无菌条件下在阴道后穹窿置入欣普贝生栓剂),对比两组引产结果、产妇分娩方式、用药到分娩平均时间、用药后Bishop评分、产后24 h出血量以及新生儿结局。结果观察组自然分娩率为78%,高于对照组的40%,引产成功率为94%,高于对照组的48%,组间差异明显,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.9235、25.6921,P<0.05);观察组用药到分娩平均时间为(12.08±7.15)h,短于对照组[(25.69±8.85)h],观察组用药后Bishop评分(8.85±1.58)分,高于对照组[(5.78±1.28)分],产后24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.6326、8.9968、9.6889,P<0.05)。结论欣普贝生能提高延期妊娠孕妇的引产成功率与自然分娩率,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of simpsons on the outcome of induced labor in pregnant women with delayed pregnancy.SelectionMethods From May 2015 to September 2017,the first people’s hospital of zhumadian has induced labor indications of delayed pregnancy,100 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and observation group in the two groups,50 cases in control group by intravenous drip of oxytocin induced labor,observation group with simpsons induced labor(sterile conditions after vaginal fornix in hin propess suppository),compared two groups of induced labor results,puerpera childbirth way,medication,medication to the average delivery time Bishop score after 24 h,postpartum blood loss and neonatal outcome.Results The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was 78%,higher than that in the control group 40%;The success rate of induction was 94%,higher than that in the control group 48%;The difference between the groups was significant and the comparison difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.9235,25.6921,P<0.05).The mean time from medication to delivery in the observation group was(12.08±7.15)h,shorter than that in the control group[(25.69±8.85)h].The Bishop score in the observation group was(8.85±1.58),higher than that in the control group[(5.78±1.28)].Conclusion Simpsons can improve the success rate of induced labor and the rate of natural delivery in pregnant women with delayed pregnancy.
