遥测心电监护仪在心内科疾病诊治中的价值研究

Value of telemetry electrocardiogram monitor in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiology diseases

目的 探讨心内科疾病的诊治中应用遥测心电监护仪的价值。方法 106例心内科疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与监测组,各53例。对照组应用常规设备进行监测,监测组应用遥测心电监护仪进行监测。比较两组患者的心电图异常率以及心电监护满意度。结果 监测组患者的心电图异常率为90.6%,高于对照组的73.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。监测组心电监护满意度为98.1%,高于对照组的86.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心内科疾病患者诊治过程中应用遥测心电监护仪,可以及时、准确的掌握患者的病情,患者满意度高,能为临床提供科学有效的指导。

Objective To discuss the value of telemetry electrocardiogram monitor in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiology diseases.Methods A total of 106 patients with cardiology diseases as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and monitor group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was monitored by routine equipment,and the monitor group was monitored by telemetry electrocardiogram monitor.The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram and the satisfaction of electrocardiogram monitoring were compared between the two groups.Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram of the monitor group was 90.6%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of electrocardiogram monitoring of the monitor group was 98.1%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of telemetry electrocardiogram monitor in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiology diseases can timely and accurately grasp the patient’s condition,and the patient’s satisfaction is high,which can provide scientific and effective guidance for clinical practice.
