区域中小学名优教师专业发展现状与培养策略

摘要 培养打造一支区域高水平名优教师队伍是实现高质量教育发展和高素质人才培养的有效途径之一。大连市名优教师具有较为清晰的专业发展目标和高尚的职业价值,其专业发展离不开学校的支持,借助多元化方式发挥示范引领作用,教学工作和专业研究是制约其专业发展的主要瓶颈。名优教师进阶培养应系统化推进名优教师进阶培养;开展基于课堂真实情境的学习活动,促进行为改变和学习迁移;加强学科团队建设,探索跨学段融合学习新路径;创新培训方式,进一步提升培训效果;科学遴选培训团队,构建多元化师资结构。 One of the effective ways to realize the development of high-quality education and the cultivation of high-quality talents is to cultivate and build a team of regional high-level famous and excellent teachers.Dalian famous and excellent teachers have clear professional development goals and noble professional values.Their professional development cannot be separated from the support of the schools.With the help of diversified ways to play a leading role in demonstration,teaching and professional research are the main bottlenecks restricting their professional development.To train famous and excellent teachers,the advanced training should be systematically promoted;carry out learning activities based on the real situation of the classroom,promote behavior change and learning transfer;strengthen the construction of discipline team,explore a new path of cross Learning Integration learning;innovate training methods,further improve the training effect;scientifically select training teams,and build a diversified teacher structure.
