归国汉语教师志愿者就业问题调查研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Employment of Returning Volunteer Chinese Teachers

摘要 文章关注志愿者回国后的就业问题,采用问卷的方式调查了334名归国汉语教师志愿者。调查发现志愿者能够在短时间内找到工作,但由于专业不对口和薪金期望值高,就业满意度不高;地方政府对国家政策落实不到位,用人单位对志愿者项目不了解,志愿者海外服务经历不被认可;高校对志愿者缺乏就业指导和服务。对此志愿者应提高自身实际工作能力和专业知识水平,合理定位起薪标准和求职岗位;地方政府应落实教育部通知精神,加大对志愿者求职的支持力度;用人单位应提高对志愿者项目的认识,做到同等条件下优先录用;高校应对志愿者提供必要的就业指导和服务。 This paper focuses on the employment of volunteers after returning to China based on a survey questionnaire of 334 returned Chinese volunteer teachers. The survey found that volunteers can find jobs in a short period of time, but because of professional mismatches and high salary expectations, employment satisfaction is not high. The volunteer overseas service experience is not recognized because local governments have not implemented national policies in place, and employers do not understand the volunteer projects. Colleges and universities lack employment guidance and services for volunteers. In this regard, volunteers should improve their actual work ability and professional knowledge level, reasonably locate the starting salary standard and job positions;local governments should implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education, and increase the support for volunteer job search;employers should improve their awareness of volunteer projects,and give priority to recruitment under the same conditions;colleges and universities should provide necessary employment guidance and services for the volunteers.
