摘要
在创新驱动发展背景下,通过对沈阳地区高校人才资源配置面临新机遇的阐述,分析了沈阳地区高校人才资源配置情况和制约因素,提出了沈阳地区高校人才资源配置运行机制的实施路径。
Under the background of innovation-driven development,this paper expounds the new opportunities faced by the allocation of talent resources in colleges and universities in Shenyang,analyzes the allocation situation and constraints of talent resources in colleges and universities in Shenyang,and puts forward the implementation path of the allocation and operation mechanism of talent resources in colleges and universities in Shenyang.
