摘要
创新是驱动经济高质量发展的决定性因素,而土地市场化改革是供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。基于2001-2015年地级市面板数据,实证检验了土地市场化对区域技术创新的影响。研究发现,在短期和长期上,土地市场化对区域技术创新均有显著的促进作用,且在稳健性检验后研究结论依然成立。机制检验表明,土地市场化可以改善要素市场扭曲、优化营商环境、缓解融资约束,进而提高区域技术创新。进一步研究发现,土地市场化对技术创新的影响在区域、行政级别、财政状况、有无高新技术开发区等方面存在显著的异质性。
As China’s economy transforming from high-speed growth to high-quality development,innovation become the decisive factor in adapting to the new era of the economy,while land market reform plays an important role in the supply-side structural reform. Therefore,we empirically tests the impact of Land Marketization on regional technological innovation by using the panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2001 to 2015. The study found that land marketization plays a significant role in promoting regional technological innovation both in the short term and long term,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. The mechanism test shows that land marketization can raise the level of regional technological innovation by improving factor market distortions,optimizing the business environment,and alleviating financing constraints. After the further research,we found that the effects have remarkable heterogeneity in region,urban level,financial situation and whether there are high-tech development zones or not.
