摘要
设计搭建了旋转式冲蚀试验装置,通过电化学方法,研究了NH4HS浓度、多相流温度和氯含量对炼油装置常用的10号碳钢、15CrMo钢、双相钢2205,合金Incoloy825和316L不锈钢抗冲蚀特性规律.利用测试获取的开路电位图和Tafel曲线通过转化计算得到对应转速下的腐蚀速率.对比试验数据可知:10号碳钢和15CrMo钢抗腐蚀能力相对较弱,双相钢2205耐蚀性一般,Incoloy825和316L抗腐蚀能力较好.温度上升、NH4HS浓度增大和氯含量增加,均加剧材料的腐蚀.
A rotary erosion test device was designed and built;the effects of NH4HS concentration,temperature and chlorine content on the anti erosion characteristics of 10#carbon steel,15CrMo steel,duplex 2205,incoloy825 and 316L stainless steel were studied by electrochemical method.Corrosion rate at corresponding rotational speed was calculated through using the open circuit potential diagram and Tafel curve.The results showed corrosion resistance of 10#carbon steel and 15CrMo steel was relatively weak,that of duplex 2205 was moderate,and that of Incoloy825 and 316L was good.With the increase of temperature,NH4HS concentration and chlorine content,corrosion rates of the materials were accelerated.
