汽柴油加氢精制装置的腐蚀及防护建议

摘要 某炼化企业1.0 Mt/a汽柴加氢精制装置混合原料油硫和氯等杂质含量较高,加氢反应产生的腐蚀性介质对冷凝冷却系统锁紧环换热器和高压空冷器等设备产生了较为严重的腐蚀.针对上述腐蚀现象,从原料油性质和腐蚀机理层面剖析了腐蚀产生的原因、影响部位和影响因素,并结合分析结果提出了相应的防护控制措施. The contents of sulfur,chlorine and other impurities were relatively high in the mixed feed of a 1.0 Mt/a gasoline and diesel hydrotreating unit at a refinery.Corrosive medium generated in the hydrogenation reaction caused severe corrosion of locking ring heat exchanger in the cooling system,as well as high pressure air cooler.In order to solve the above problem,causes,affected areas and influencing factors of the corrosion were analyzed from aspects of raw oil properties and corrosion mechanism.Finally,corresponding protective measures were raised based on the analysis results.
