摘要
由于埋地长输金属管道的外防腐层完整性能够直接影响管道本质安全,因此,对埋地管道外防腐层开展定期的检测意义重大.PCM(多频管中电流检测法)技术具有操作简单且更容易对外防腐层破损点进行精确定位等一系列优点,故采用该项技术对埋地金属管道防腐层进行完整性检测很有必要.通过现场埋地原油金属管道的实际检测案例,验证了采用PCM技术手段对埋地管道外防腐层结构完整性实施评价的有效性.
The integrity of external anticorrosive coating plays a significant role on the safety of buried long distance metal pipeline,thus regular inspection is obviously important.It is necessary to deploy PCM(Pipeline Current Mapper)technology since it has a series of advantages,such as simple operation and easier to locate damaged points accurately.PCM technology was verified through inspection cases of buried pipeline on site.
