城市公益性服务设施空间分布特征研究——以徐州市为例

Research on Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Urban Public Service:A Case of Xuzhou

城市公益性服务设施对居民生活质量提升和宜居城市建设有着较大的影响,如何对其进行合理配置成为当前城市建设中亟需解决的热点问题。本研究以徐州市为例,运用空间点数据分析方法,研究城市6类公益性服务设施的空间分布特征。结果表明:城区公益性服务设施整体分布不均匀,各网点总体呈"东-西"方向分布,但西多东少,空间结构具有明显的"核心-边缘"特征;各类型服务设施集聚程度有所差别,公共交通服务设施的集聚程度最高为0.260,休闲游憩设施的集聚程度最低为0.801;6类公益性服务设施的热点区主要分布在中心城区西部,城市内外围数量差距明显。最后提出城市公益性服务设施的均等化发展建议,为其空间结构的优化布局提供决策帮助。

Urban public service facilities are the physical basis of ensuring residents'daily life and have a profound impact on building livable city and improving residents'life quality.The reasonability of public service facilities'disposition has become a hot topic in urban building.This paper draws on spatial points data analytical methods like the nearest neighbor index(NNI),standard deviational ellipse and nearest neighbor hierarchical clustering to analyze six types of public service facilities'spatial distribution characteristics in Xuzhou.As a result:first,urban public service facilities are nonuniformly distributed on the central urban area,the overall distribution pattern tends to be in east-west direction and west more than east.The spatial structure is observed that has evidently core-peripheral trait.Secondly,different kinds of public service facilities have distinctive clustering intensity.Public transit facility has the highest clustering intensity and the NNI is 0.260.On the contrary,recreational facility has lowest clustering intensity,the NNI is 0.801.What's more,the first and second order hotspots of public service facilities are mainly distributed in the west of central urban area,and their numbers have obvious difference in the center and outskirts of city.Finally,considering the result,we put forward some equalized development suggestions to improve the optimal distribution of public service facilities.
