摘要 随着发电设备高压变频技术的成熟及推广,莱城发电厂对6 kV浆液循环泵进行了变频科技技改,并实现远程控制。实践证明,高压设备变频改造后,具有节能良好、运行平稳、调节范围大、SO2参数平稳等优势,解决了脱硫系统厂用电率偏高、设备启停频繁,调节参数波动大等难题。在提高设备可靠性的同时,做到了精准调控,确保了环保参数的达标排放。 With the maturity and promotion of high-voltage frequency conversion technology of power generation equipment,Laicheng power plant has carried out frequency conversion technology and technical transformation for 6 kV slurry circulating pump and realized remote control.The practice shows that after the high-voltage equipment frequency conversion transformation,it has the advantages of good energy saving,stable operation,large adjustment range,stable SO2 parameters,etc.It solves the problems of high auxiliary power consumption rate of desulfurization system,frequent start and stop of equipment,large fluctuation of adjustment parameters,etc.At the same time of improving the reliability of the equipment,precise regulation and control are achieved to ensure the emission of environmental protection parameters up to the standard.
