Strategies of prevention and treatment on traumatic infection under special environment

摘要 我国幅员辽阔、地形多样,未来作战和灾害救援环境复杂,有效的战创伤防治策略必须与特殊环境相结合。感染防治是战创伤救治技术的重要组成部分,与伤员的预后和转归密切相关。不同环境战创伤伤员感染发生的易感性和病理进程各不相同,要求共性的防治策略也必须做相应调整。笔者结合文献调研和工作基础,对高原、水下、湿热环境的战创伤感染防治策略进行分析。 China has a vast territory and diverse terrain.The environment of future combat and disaster rescue is complex.Effective war trauma prevention strategies must be combined with special circumstances.Infection control is an important part of war wound treatment technology,closely related to the prognosis and outcome of the wounded.The susceptibility and pathologic course of infection in patients with different environmental war trauma are different,the common prevention and control strategies must be adjusted accordingly.Combined with literature research and our preliminary work,we analyzed the strategies of prevention and treatment on combat-related infection in plateau,underwater,hot and humid environments.
