隔音墙对自然通风冷却塔热力特性的影响 被引量:1

Impact of Sound Barrier on Thermal Characteristics of Natural Draft Wet Cooling Tower

摘要 针对某淋水面积为5500 m2的自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔,通过Fluent软件建立了有隔音墙和无隔音墙两种情况下冷却塔性能三维数值计算模型,研究了无风工况下隔音墙对于冷却塔进风均匀性系数Cv、通风量G和循环水温降Δt等的影响。冷却塔现场实测数据验证了所建模型的准确性。研究结果表明,隔音墙会影响冷却塔进口流场分布和塔内通风量,降低塔内空气动力场的均匀性,进而削弱冷却塔的热力性能;随着隔音墙与冷却塔间距L的增加,隔音墙对于冷却塔空气动力特性及热力特性的影响不断减弱。当L超过10 m时,隔音墙基本不再对冷却塔性能产生影响。 A three-dimensional numerical model for calculating the performance of a 5500 m2 natural draft wet cooling tower with or without sound barrier was established using Fluent software. The air velocity uniform coefficient ψv, the ventilation rate G, and the water temperature drop Δt were computed to study the impact of sound barrier on the aerodynamic and thermal characteristics of the cooling tower. The correctness the built numerical model were verified using field test data of the cooling tower. Results manifest that the sound barrier will affect the distribution of the inlet airflow field as well as the ventilation rate of the cooling tower. This decreases the uniformity of tower aerodynamic field,and then weakens the tower thermal performance. With the increase of the distance between sound barrier and cooling tower(L), the above-mentioned impact will be weakened. When the L exceeds 15 m, the sound barrier will not affect the performance of the cooling tower.
