摘要
新能源的发展使得燃煤机组深度调峰迫在眉睫。基于某660 MW超超临界二次再热机组三个典型负荷下锅炉热效率、汽机热耗率和厂用电率等试验数据,拟合了机组全负荷区间供电煤耗率公式,分析了机组不同负荷率时经济性。研究表明,深度调峰时汽轮机热耗率上升明显,该二次再热机组在40%负荷率时供电GWh耗标煤量较额定负荷升高了15.34 t。
With the development of new energy, deep peak regulation of coal-fired power generating units are imminent.Boiler efficiency, turbine heat rate and auxiliary power ratio of a 660 MW ultra supercritical double-reheat unit under three typical loads were obtained through experiments. The net coal consumption rate of the whole load was calculated.The economic characteristics of the unit under different load rates were analyzed. It was found that turbine heat rate increased obviously under deep peak regulation, and the double-reheat unit would increase 15.34 t coal consumption under 40% load for GWh power more than rated load.
