防静电工装面料的设计与生产

摘要 采用嵌织导电长丝的方法,设计了一款舒适、挺括、耐磨、轻便的防静电工装面料。织物组织采用2/2+1/3斜纹组织,选用以涤纶短纤维为纱芯、外包棉纤维的包芯纱,涤纶低弹丝以及导电纱为经纱,按照48∶15∶1的比例与涤纶低弹丝纬纱进行编织,形成的织物正面手感柔软、光泽柔和,反面手感滑爽、富有光泽。对整经、浆纱、织造等工序的生产要点进行了总结。最后对产品进行静电半衰期测试,结果显示,织物防静电性能优异。 The method of inlaid conductive filament is chosen to design a comfortable,stiff,wear-resistant and portable antistatic tooling fabric.The texture of the fabric is taken 2/2+1/3 twill weave.The core-spun yarn,with polyester staple fiber as core,cotton fiber as skin,polyester low elastic yarn and conductive yam as warp yarn is selected and weaved with the weft yarn of polyester low elastic yarn at the ratio of 48:15:1.The front of the fabric has the soft and soft luster like staple yarn,while the reverse face has the smooth and lustrous style like filament.The main points of warping,sizing and weaving are summarized.Finally,the static half-life of the designed fabric is tested,and the antistatic property of the fabric is excellent.
