摘要
为了提升锚杆对巷道的支护加固效果,提出一种螺旋缠绕式注浆锚杆,对结构和工艺进行设计,采用试验方法对力学性能进行研究。结果表明,在螺旋角为15°和退火温度400℃条件下能够获取更优的力学性能。
In order to improve the support and reinforcement effect of bolt on roadway,a spiral wound grouting bolt was proposed. The structure and processing technology were designed,and the mechanical properties were studied by test method. The results show that the better mechanical properties can be obtained when the helix angle is 15° and the annealing temperature is 400 ℃.
