Chain Bucket Floating Coal Cleaning and Transferring Device for Mine

针对现有国内外输送带运输巷道内浮煤清理装置的缺失,提出了一种新型输送带运输巷道浮煤清理转运装置,并分析了该装置的结构组成特性及运行原理。为保证装置的运行平稳性及其设计的合理性,对浮煤清理转运装置链传动系统的动力学特性进行分析,为浮煤清理转运装置的设计提供依据。

Aiming at the lack of floating coal cleaning device in existing belt transportation lane at home and abroad,a new type of floating coal cleaning and transferring device for belt transportation lane was proposed,and the structural composition characteristics and operating principles of the device were analyzed. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the device and the rationality of its design,the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system of the floating coal cleaning and transferring device were analyzed to provide a basis for the design of the floating coal cleaning and transferring device.
